I Sat Where You Are Sitting Right Now

I was not born a mentor. I was a CMA student — just like you. Same exams. Same late nights. Same fear about what happens after the result comes.

Whatever guidance was available was the same for everyone. "Prepare well." "Be confident." That's not advice — that's just noise. Students needed specific, real, company-wise preparation. And they weren't getting it.

The Moment Everything Changed

One Phone Call That I Will Never Forget

For a few years, I was helping students quietly — answering their questions on LinkedIn, speaking at CMA Chapter events, guiding them before interviews. But one day, something happened that changed everything for me.

A student called me. He had failed five interviews in a row. He was not a weak student — he had cleared CMA Inter, he was smart, he worked hard. But every time he sat in an interview room, he just could not express himself. No one had ever told him how to structure his answers. No one had ever practised with him.
