I Sat Where You Are Sitting Right Now
I was not born a mentor. I was a CMA student — just like you. Same exams. Same late nights. Same fear about what happens after the result comes.
I cleared CMA in 2018. After that, I worked in real companies — in GST, costing, SAP FICO, supply chain finance. I sat in offices. I saw how hiring actually works. And I saw something that broke my heart a little.
I saw brilliant CMA students — students who had studied harder than anyone — sitting quietly in interview rooms, unable to say the right thing. Not because they didn't know the answers. But because no one ever taught them how to speak with confidence, how to write a resume that gets noticed, or how to walk into a company and say — "I am the right person for this role."
"I watched so many good students get rejected. Not because they were not good enough. But because no one ever showed them how to be seen."
That feeling stayed with me. And slowly, it turned into a purpose.
